Eddie stands out for its “hybrid” design, since it can be placed on the floor or mounted on the wall using the included mounting kit: this is the great strength of models featuring an extended base, such asthe Oslo XL or the Kuopio: they offer great versatility and adapt to your needs. Eddie’s design centers around a steel base plate to which a burner holder is attached, with the entire unit finished in matte black. Its unique feature lies in the shape of the burner base—which can be filled with pebbles (optional).

Should you use one or two sets of pebbles?

In the illustrative photos at the top of the page, you can see how the fireplace looks with one or two sets of pebbles. It’s purely a matter of aesthetics, and the final choice is yours.

A Bio-Ethanol Auxiliary Heater

Like any other bioethanol fireplace, Eddie is equipped with a burner. It’s slightly more powerful than average, capable of producing 4,000 watts at maximum output—while most other models deliver 3 kW. Its tank holds 2.2 liters of fuel, providing a minimum runtime of 4 hours. It’s adjustable, allowing you to control both the heat output and fuel consumption.
