From a purely design perspective, Melrose stands out in two ways. The first is the combined use of black and white, which are integral parts of the fireplace:
- White is used on the back panel, on the mounting plate;
- Black is on the vertical bar and the burner support.
A second interesting aspect of this wall-mounted bio-stove’s design is the interplay of various elements that give it a 3D effect, as none of them are actually aligned.
Wall Installation
Installation is easy thanks to the included installation kit. You’ll need to mark the locations of the bars on the back of the cabinet and transfer their spacing to the wall. Once secured, these bars will serve as supports for the fireplace.
A fireplace that heats?
This Melrose model features a1½-liter combustion chamber. It operates autonomously for 4 hours, during which it delivers a continuous output of 2.7 kW. Another advantage is its fuel efficiency—consumption does not exceed 0.35 l/h.
